The mission of the Partnership for a Tobacco Free Northeast PA is to improve the quality of life in our communities by reducing tobacco use.
The mission addresses 4 core principles:

• Prevent the initiation of tobacco use
• Increase quitting among adults and youth
• Reduce exposure to tobacco smoke pollution
• Reduce Disparate Populations' tobacco use and exposure

We are dedicated and committed to overseeing and providing sound program design and evaluation to reach our program goals and enhance the quality of life for Northeast District residents.
